XPS 13 7390, doesn't power up on battery
Unless my machine is plugged into mains power, it won't power up (doesn't display the Dell logo).
Despite being plugged into mains, it reports "Your Battery is very low" occasionally. I think it even shuts down.
I have tried opening it up and disconnecting/reconnecting the battery.
The laptop does seem to operate for a reasonable length of time on battery power alone provided it doesn't sleep

Click here for information to test the battery health.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
