XPS 13 7390 complete failure

I brought XPS 13 7390 laptop on 14 February 2021 with cost NRS 180,000 in renowned computer shop in Nepal. It works smothly till 10 March 2024. On 10 March 2024, I had left my laptop turned on for a few hours and was not working on it. The laptop automatically was sent to sleep mode and then a few hours later when I got back to the laptop and tried to turn it on, there was no response from the device. The device was completely powered down and refused to turn on. I was unable to figure out what was wrong with the laptop. I tried to find some solutions via the dell community and came across a lot of customers with the same issue. All the quick fixes that were suggested in the community was unable to turn back the laptop. After that I went to the dell service centre here in Nepal and they were also unable to figure out the cause of the issue and informed me that the laptop was now obsolete.  They suggested a change in the motherboard of the laptop could fix the issue but later informed that this was also not feasible, and the laptop was damaged beyond repair.
As a student, I was very distressed and disappointed on this event. I specifically got this laptop because of its strong reputation on proving itself very good with the test of time. But this incident has shattered my expectation and trust I had on the brand of laptop and was forced to switch to a different company. This laptop has now turned into an electronic waste. I do not know what else can I do to salvage this laptop.

Any suggestions, recommendation or advice on my situation and people facing similar issues are welcome to give feedback on my situation.

This is a 2019 model, which makes it end of life -- Dell probably doesn't have mainboards for it.

You can still find boards elsewhere if that's what it needs.  However, given its age, a board with labor is likely to cost more than the total value of the system at this point.

You can find boards on EBay and elsewhere for the system if your intent is to repair it.

Sounds like you might need to go to an electronics repair place that will test the board with a multimeter to find the damaged component and solder a new part on. Places similar to the Rossmann Repair Group are everywhere.

Of course this may not be worth the cost.

It may be the cable that connects the screen to the laptop.  That is my problem.  See if it works when the screen is open less than 45 degrees.  If it does then you could use a TV or a second monitor - not ideal but it is cost prohibitive to replace the screen/cable.
