won’t wake up after sleep

Hello laptop won’t wake up after sleep cap lock light on but yellow light flashing next to port for battery then flashes white pulled on battery cord I want to say it flashes2-3 times then white hold down on button to try to shut off then try turning back on but nothing happens?
