Windows 11 driver errors and unable to view KB keys with backlight at full brightness

I've exhausted my options in figuring this out, so I thought I'd ask elsewhere.  SDI didn't fix these for me.

I'm also having a problem with my new KB not being bright enough to see the keys at normal viewing angle.  Yes the backlight is full brightness :)
