Windows 11 (current as of 8/18/25) boot issue

I recently tried to update windows and my computer died because it wasn't plugged in.  After it died mid-update, I kept getting an error message like the one at the end of the video.  I was unable to do anything because the computer would start... load bios and then try to load windows and give me the same screen at the end of this video.  I reinstalled a fresh version of windows on my computer and now get the same error every OTHER time I restart my computer.  It will start fine one time and then the other, I get an error message.  I feel like I know computers pretty well, but this is crazy, especially since it's a brand-new install of windows.  Any help would be appreciated, times are rough, and things are expensive and I'm just trying to survive.  :)

Hi

Dunno.

Can I suggest either Rufus for a clean install, or MicroSoft's own Creation tool.

Attempt to delete any previous versions if you can, rather than an over the top (In Place) install, unless there is Data on the current install.

If in doubt please ask.
