Windows 11 being forced onto XPS 9365

Microsoft has been downloading Windows 11 onto my XPS 9365 as a regular Windows Update.

Since Dell will not support W11 on this model, I don’t want to install W11.  

So, I will be left avoiding the choices to Update and Shutdown and Update and Restart until I cease using my laptop?
