Where in New Zealand can I replace the battery and repair the WiFi
I am located in Christchurch, New Zealand, and I own a Dell XPS 13 9370 laptop that I purchased several years ago. The battery is no longer performing well, and I would like to have it replaced at a Dell-authorised service centre locally. However, I have not been able to locate any such centre in Christchurch.
In addition, after using the laptop for about two years, I discovered that the WiFi module is no longer working, so I cannot connect to WiFi directly on the laptop. Currently, I am using an external USB WiFi adapter, which works, but it is not an ideal solution.
I also took the laptop to the store where I purchased it to have the motherboard checked, but I was informed that it could not be repaired. Since there is no official Dell service centre in Christchurch, I am unsure how to proceed to resolve these issues.

The only other way to repair the wifi issue is a replacement mainboard, and that will likely cost more than the system is worth.
You should be able to replace the battery with a third-party one -- new OEM batteries are likely unavailable for a system as old as this one (it is from 2018, so about seven years old).

Hi
I personally would try a LIVE LINUX (it has Ubuntu 18.04 listed) and see if the Wi-Fi can be ID-ed and perhaps find some appropriate drivers?
OR a usb plug in variety.
