USB3.0 CMOS Camera will not work
I am trying to install an AmScope CMOS 16MP (MU1603) camera to use on my XPS13 9320. I purchased a USBC to USB3.0 cable and I can get the camera to work on other computers using the cable. It will not work on my xps13. I am using the latest driver for the camera -

I was able to find the following in a windows forum and it solved the problem-
The workaround is to invoke the registry editor via Run as administrator and then navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\
Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity
Then set the DWORD value Enabled to 0 (see also this Microsoft article) and reboot Windows 10. After that HVCI should be disabled and the old drivers (or Virtualbox) should work again.
