URGENT - BIOS UPDATES REQUIRED ON XPS9720 - Severe performance Degradation
Latest Bios version 1.32.1 has issues, requires urgent update to fix!
Erratic Fan Behavior, Throttling and High CPU temperatures!
HW diagnostics all normal, Fans cleaned, CPU repasted, OS factory image restored issues still present. suspect weird EC / power behavior!
PLEASE FIX immediately and provide safe BIOS Rollback solutions for debugging!

It was the vapor chamber heatsink! You'd think this would be reported in the hardware diagnostics! where it reported everything was fine! Issue is fixed!
