Updating Dell XPS 15 9510 RAM from MTA8ATF2G64HZ-3G2E2 to KF432S20IBK2/64
XPS 15 9510
I'm trying to upgrade 16 GB of RAM(8GBx2, MTA8ATF2G64HZ-3G2E2) to 64 GB (2x32GB, KF432S20IBK2/64), but the new RAM is not detected.
Any idea what is the matter? Is there a tool to check compatibility?

Yes, Kingston does have a configurator -- but the high performance gaming RAM you've purchased will never work with your system. It's designed for gaming systems that have the ability to adjust memory timing, which your XPS does not have.
If you're going to buy Kingston again, here's the RAM they certify to work with your system.

Crucial also has a memory configurator that will result in guaranteed to work memory.
