Unable to Set Up Extended Display with Dell WDTBS Docking Station
have recently purchased the DELL WDTBS docking station for my MAC M3 Chip Leptop
The 2 monitors I am using: WD19S
Issue is that I cannot get both monitors to work in extended display.
The only way I have managed to get both monitors working via the docking station is via MST, but that does not support an extended display.
Currently I have both monitors plugged in via the 2 Display Ports in the docking station, however only 1 monitor is detected.
Further to mention I have already installed the appropriate recommended driver updates.
Having read up on the knowledge base I still cannot find the solution.
Please help me out

Check with Apple about the external display support. It varies by model system and CPU (M3, M3 Pro, etc.).
The other complication is that Apple expects monitors to be connected by Thunderbolt, while this dock has a much more limited bandwidth with a USB-C port to the notebook.

I have already checked with the Apple team, and they confirmed that the M3 Pro chip supports multiple external displays. Previously, I used a Dell docking station, which worked at least with DisplayLink Manager, but this new WD19S model is not working.
I have connected both monitors via the two DisplayPorts on the docking station, but only one monitor is detected. Given that M3 Pro officially supports multiple displays, could you confirm whether I need to install any specific drivers for Mac or adjust any settings?
Interestingly, a smaller version of Dell’s dock was working fine with DisplayLink Manager, but WD19S is not. Please guide me on the necessary steps to resolve this.
Looking forward to your response.
