Two U3223QE monitors and two laptops

Hi,

can you help me please? I work with two laptops and two U3223QEs. But only connection via USB-C allows to display on both screens.

The other way (HDMI+USB C to A) shows laptop screen on main monitor only and cannot be extened to the second monitor (W11 does not recognize the second screen).

Is there a chance how to fix it? It doesn't depend on the type of laptop, if I swap cables, it behaves the same.
