Turns off on battery

My XPS 15 9500 boots up to the Dell logo and then turns off ONLY while on battery. This does not occur while plugged in. Still happens with new battery. I already did a factory reset, removing all apps and reinstalled Windows 11. I also did a full system diagnostic check in bios and everything was normal. I tried a "startup repair", but the response was that a startup repair could not be performed. Ideas?

Do you have a 3rd party battery installed?

Battery Issue:
Check Battery Health: Use the Dell Power Manager or Windows power settings to see the battery's health and remaining capacity. If it's severely degraded, it might be time for a replacement.
Reseat the Battery: Carefully remove and reinsert the battery to ensure proper connection.
Test with a Different Battery: If possible, try another battery to see if the problem persists.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

@DELL-Jesse L Yes, I am now using a 3rd party battery, but I had this problem with the original Dell battery. That is why I replaced it. Also, with the new battery, I ran a full system diagnostic survey (including the battery) and it was all good.
