Touchpad on XPS 15 Laptop Model: 9530
The click-to-select function on both my touchpad's right and left sides is no longer working. I can move my cursor with the touchpad. Is this a hardware or setting issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

Check the condition of the battery -- if it's swollen, touchpad problems are very often the first sign of trouble.
If the battery is swollen, remove and dispose of it immediately.
