The "Killer AX1650s (Wi-Fi 6)" on my Dell XPS15-9510 doesn't work on some 5GHz access points
I am using a Dell XPS15-9510 with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz (2.30 GHz).
This comes with the "Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650s 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (201D2W)" card built into it.
Usually, I don't have any problems.
However, I have recently noticed that there are some older Wi-Fi access points that this card either does not connect to or it connects to at 1 Mbps and then disconnects after a few minutes. My usual workaround is to just use my iPhone 13 cell phone to hotspot data.
However, I found that another workaround is to use the USB dongle for a "TP-Link Archer T4U (Wi-Fi 5)" antenna. It is a bit frustrating to have spent thousands of dollars on this laptop from Dell to have to use a Wi-Fi dongle.

Click here to update the network driver.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

I downloaded that latest "Dell Support Assist" software.
It found 6 sets of drivers to install.
I installed all of them, checked hardware, clicked "boost performance", clicked "optimize network", and tested again.
This had no result on the performance of the network.
When using my cell phone hotspot, I get 100+Mbps download/14+Mbps upload.
When using the WiFi-5 USB dongle antenna, I get 40+Mbps download/40+Mbps upload.
When using the built-in Killer WiFi-5 antenna, it only stays connected for 10 minutes.
DellSupportAssist says that my <Private data removed from public view. DELL Admin>
Also, it says that I am out of warrantee.

Here's the speed test from the dongle on that WiFi access point.
