TB16 on 9570 not outputting better refresh rate than 4k @ 30 Hz

Using 9570 with discreet graphics (1050 Ti) connected to TB16
Recently changed to dual P2715Q capable of 4k at 60 Hz

Connected HDMI and DP 2.0. No refresh rate available above 30 Hz.

Also tried connecting HDMI directly to laptop with same results. Tried to output to single monitor too.
The usual - drivers latest, firmware latest on W11P
