Solution Slow Wifi XPS 9310 Killer Wifi 6 AX500-DBS 20Mbs speed test, phone speed 400Mbs
XPS 13 9310
I just spent a couple hours trying to fix slow wifi on my XPS 9310 with Killer Wifi 6 AX500-DBS. I was only getting 20Mbs in a speed test and my phone phone could get 400Mbs. After performing the commands below, my XPS 9310 improved to 400Mbs:
open powershell as administrator, copy and paste one line at a time from below, and press enter after each.
After each command, the powershell will say "ok" for most of the commands. Some may not be compatible, which you can ignore, and move to the next one.
Here are the commands:
netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal netsh int tcp set supplemental netsh int tcp set global dca=enabled netsh int tcp set global netdma=enabled netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=enabled netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp

It is not related to Windows TCP flow control, it is QCA6390 driver compatibility problem against some signal modes.
For detail, you can read two of my posts here.

Furthermore, some of your toggles are already depreciated in latest Windows 10 64 bits, such as "chimney" which is not compatible with QCA6390 driver.

Neither changing the drivers nor the steps above improved my downloadspeed. Only changing some attributes in the device Manager for the driver improved it from 20 to 90 mbs, enough for me.
