Shipping Address

I'm trying to order a product on the Dell website and I am trying to input my shipping address but the address autofill function will only input my address from my road onwards. 

How can I put my house name on? All I want to do is enter my address manually but the website won't let me. 

I have already tried both chrome and edge and I have no addressed saved in my google account. 

Also the address in my Dell account contains my house name but it doesn't appear on the shipping address.

A customer service person on the chat tried to help me and was unable to. All I want to do is to input my house name.
