Second Monitor of a XPS 9700 and U2723QE setup not displaying at 4K

Recently purchased two Dell U2723QE 4k displays and am attempting to connect to my XPS 9700 laptop with Intel UHD Graphics 630/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics card.

As the instructions suggested, I connected Monitor1 to the laptop via the supplied USB C cable. I then connected Monitor1 DP Output to Monitor 2 DP Input. The laptop display is off. USB-C Prioritization is High Resolution; MST is ON; Multi-Monitor Sync is ON.

Everything went fine with Monitor1 working at 3840x2160@60Hz, but Monitor2 is only receiving a 2048x1152@60Hz signal instead of the 3840x2160 expected. I swapped the monitors and got the same results.

Researched this for many hours and tried every setting known to man but to no avail. Chatted with Dell this morning and received confirmation that I should be able to get 4k on both displays but they could not pin down the problem.

Anyone else ever face this problem? Thanks in advance for any help.
