Screen
I have a Dell XPS13 and the laptop can turn on the keyboard turns on but the screen is very very low. I'm able to see it if I put a flashlight near the screen but in settings it says that the brightness is fully up. What do I do? I need help ASAP.

It's either a failing backlight or a failing power supply to the backlight -- meaning that either of the screen or the system board needs to be replace.
What model XPS 13 do you have? The older models (9350 and older) probably are not worth repairing. Newer models may be worth repairing, but you likely need to have the system evaluated by a pro before deciding, since either part replacement will be at least a couple of hundred dollars + labor to replace -- more, if it's a recent system and it turns out to be the mainboard.

The backlight is LED based but the power and signalling come from the logic board, so the probability is that the logic board has a faulty regulator

It's one of those two -- either the screen or the mainboard, so you're looking at a few hundred dollars in repair. The system model should be listed on the bottom of the system.
