screen freezing

my screen is frozen frequently: almost every 2 hours, the only way I could do is to hit the power button to hard restart. Does any one have a solid solution to fix it? Test result code: 2000-000, validation code 75793.

In the last one year, I have been talked to Dell support many times, they just told me to run diagnosis and install some updates, every time said that would fix my issue. But it never, one supporter guided me to re-install windows, but did not remind me to back-up my files, so I lost my files too, this issue never fixed
