Reset BIOS Password Locked on modern XPS after 2000s

Dell will provide the Master Password for LOCKED BIOS if you are the registered owner or you can proof you are the legal owner of the Laptop. Transfer the ownership first if you can, otherwise describe what you have. 

It is a FREE service from dell for just Resetting the password, not Diagnostic or Hardware issue even though we no longer have warranty. BIOS maintenance is the responsibility of DELL forever to keep owner safe 

Ensure to use USA KEYBOARD Layouts when entering the password, regardless what keyboard is installed in your machine. Just map it one to open to USA KEYBOARD QWERTY, not International English, not UK, not German or French Keyboard Layout. 

We never need to replace the motherboard if we do the password right.
