Poor product and support

Have spent 4 days trying to get this computer to sync with a new all-in-one printer. Paid for  one on one call with the advanced software techs and instead they sent an email saying they would send a download which is not what we ordered and certainly not what we want. Then they just disconnected us while we were trying to sort this problem out. I wish I could just send the system back as if has been nothing but a nightmare. Will never ever use Dell again and will advise my associates to avoid Dell

Did you install the printer driver in the system and follow the instructions for completely installing the printer? What is the printer model, computer system model and the OS do you have that you are trying to get to work with your computer?
