Pen PN5122W
I have a DELL XPS 16" with touchscreen, my OS is UBUNTU, I just got a pen for the screen model PN5122W but my laptop is not recognizing the pen, I was wondering if anybody had same issue and how to solve this?

The issue was unsupported device. The PN5122W pen supports 2-in-1 active touchscreen not just regular passive touchscreen. It also supports operating system of Windows 10 or later, not Ubuntu.
