"PC Running but Screen Remains Blank and Black – Caps Lock Blinking 2:7 (Display Fault)
Hi
My PC, XPS 13 9315 is turned on and running but my screen remains blank and black. The caps lock is repeatedly blinking 2:7, indicating a Display fault (LED).
I can only use an external monitor, which is working fine, except the blinking is continues, even on an external screen.
I need help to fix this issues please.
Thank You.

Make sure the screen cable is firmly connected to the system board and that it's undamaged.
If that doesn't solve the problem, replace the display assembly. Service manual here:

That is not a software issue -- it's hardware.

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the mainboard. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Reassemble.

See above. Check the cable that connects the display to the mainboard. If it's simply disconnected, reconnect it. If it's damaged, replace the display assembly.

Next step is to replace the display assembly.
