Onsite Service
Does Dell use third-party techs for onsite service? I am waiting for the service and I am starting to think they will not come today like the website said. Any thoughts?

AFAIK, in many regions Dell uses third-party contractors to take care of warranty work. It can be frustrating when they don't show up as promised — like waiting for the cable guy.
