no sound
Inspiron 27 7710 All-in-One
After I did a reset of Windows 11, I have no sound thru speakers or headphones. I did the routine of doing all the check following Copilot's guidance serveral times. Still nothing. However, I do have the sound blurb whenever I startup or restart, but only then. Any suggestions?

In the tray area (bottom right of your screen), verify that volume glider and the output device are properly set.

@Chino de Oro , that has been one of the first things checked. I am thinking I have media player issue but cannot seem to correct or download one (it) following the prompts.
