monitors not detected

I have a Dell XPS 13 9310 laptop running Windows 11 Pro with a Kensington docking station connected via Thunderbolt Type C plug.  Everything (monitors, keyboard, external camera, external CD R/W, etc.) was functioning properly last week.  While out of town I downloaded and installed a BIOS update on 02/20/2023.  Returning home on 02/24/2023 everything is functioning EXCEPT for my two external monitors.  I’ve gone into the Settings and no monitors are detected.  I’ve powered down the laptop and docking station unplugging all the connections.  Reconnected everything and powered up.  Still can’t detect the monitors.

I found my own solution.  I downloaded and installed a driver released on 02/21/2023 for the Kensington docking station.  This resolved both the external monitor issue which are now detected, and the ethernet connection which I'm now able to connect to the internet.  Crisis averted.

One more issue I just discovered.  The docking station is hard wired into the network.  In the past when connected to the docking station my internet came over the ethernet cable. Now I can't find the ethernet connection so the internet signal is coming over WiFi.  I still think my problem is related to the BIOS update but possibly the docking station is going bad.
