Microsoft Windows 11 Update wants to install out of date BIOS on XPS 9360

The latest UEFI BIOS from Dell support for this machine is version 2.21.0 dated 6/2/2022.  In Settings -> Windows Update -> Advanced options -> Optional updates Dell lists an optional update, Firmware .2.20.0. My opinion is that the database entry Windows is referencing is wrong. I am on the Windows Insider Canary release track, and am currently on Build 27788, but I believe this issue would be reported the same way with the GA Windows 11. Would somebody at Dell please resolve this. I appreciate that this machine is an older machine, but this should be easy to resolve, and it might point to a larger process problem between Dell and Microsoft about how machine-specific updates are coordinated.
