Laptop won't charge via USB-C when switched on
My inspiron has suddenly stopped charging via usb-c when switched on. I know the port is working as a plug it into my DisplayLink via USB-c and it's working just fine. Is it an issue with my battery?

If it'll charge over USB-C when powered off, what XPS system is this (7590, 9530, etc.) and what is the power rating of the (preferably Dell OEM) AC adapter?
