Laptop not turning on

Hello, I had this laptop(dell xps 15 7590) since 2019, recently it started having issues booting and now it won't even power up at all.

When this started a little over a month ago the laptop would flicker the keyboard lights and not be able to boot. It would repeat the process while showing a small string on the screen like DOS saying the boot failed. I had to go into bios and recovery mode a few times and it still wouldn't fix it

The problem persisted until I open the laptop and removed the battery to boot it straight from the power supply. After that it would return to work with the battery. I updated the bios and the OS to windows 11 and the problem went away until yesterday when the laptop turned on and windows was logged in. I went to start working and the laptop suddenly turned off the screen and proceeded to flicker they keyboard light for a bit and then just die out. After that I was not able to turn it on anymore. I live in Israel and the are no dell support centers I can take the laptop to in the country according to the website.

I have had a code with the front Led when it first started, 1 orange 2 white. But the problem went away with removing the battery and waiting out.

Is there any suggestion of action I can take to repair or an authorised repair center I can take the laptop to?

Answer
Based on the information provided in the search results, there is no specific mention of a 1 orange 2 white blink code for the Dell XPS 15 7590 from 2019. However, we can infer some information about Dell XPS diagnostic indicators:
  1. Dell XPS laptops use LED blink patterns to indicate various hardware or system issues.
  2. The blink patterns typically consist of a combination of amber (orange) and white blinks.
  3. Different combinations of blinks represent specific issues. For example:
    • 2 amber and 1 white indicates a CPU failure
    • 1 white and 2 amber represents a CPU failure
    • 4 amber and 1 white is mentioned but not defined in the official Dell code section
While the exact 1 orange 2 white blink code is not specifically listed for the XPS 15 7590, it's likely that this pattern indicates a hardware or system issue. To determine the exact meaning of this blink code, you should:
  1. Check your laptop's user manual for a complete list of diagnostic codes.
  2. Contact Dell support directly for the most accurate interpretation of this specific blink pattern.
  3. Run Dell's diagnostic tools to identify any potential hardware issues

@ann_droid the issue is that right now it does not power up. No lights turn on. No power up, no keyboard no battery check light, no nothing. From what it looks the energy is not even going to the components
