Is it possible to out put 4K 120hz from my Dell XPS 15 9530 to my external display?

Is it possible to out put 4K 120hz from my Dell XPS 15 9530 to my external display in extended mode?
My Sony X95K TV can do 4K 120hz from my other PC > [DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 active adapter] > TV without any issues.
I've tried with the USB-C to HDMI addapter that came with the laptop and my own Cable Matters UBS-C > HDMI 2.1 adapter that supports DP 1.4 alt mode.
So far I haven't been able to make it work and is stuck at 60hz.

I got it to work. In the end it was my error. I used the wrong HDMI input port on my TV that only support HDMI 2.0 4K 60hz. Now that I used the HDMI 2.1 4K 120hz port it works as intended.
I'm sorry for being a stupid user haha. So we now know that the RTX 4070 Ti does work at 4K 120hz from USB-C.
Problem Solved!
