I have XPS 13 9310, it’s stuck at the Dell logo for month now

Question

I’ve been using this Dell XPS 13 9310 for long , until recently i tried switching it on it was stuck at the logo, please help me resolve this .

Unplug the system, disconnect the battery from the mainboard and hold the power button for 30 sec. Plug in just the AC adapter (no battery) and see if the system will boot. If it still won't, and it's not a 2-in-1, try again with the SSD removed from the system. If it'll boot without the battery but not with it, the battery is bad; likewise for the SSD.

If it's neither the battery nor the SSD, it is a bad mainboard.

You can get the part numbers here (the board number will vary by CPU and memory). Though parts-people is out of stock on boards, other sellers may have them.
