I am getting different Power errors in my Bios Power Events.

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 11, my dell xps 9570 laptop destroyed and I am no longer be able to use my laptop on battery. On battery the laptop won't restart properly. I am not able to flash bios because the laptop won't restart properly.

Can anybody help me out? Do I need to flash bios or I have to replace a hardware because My laptop works fine when without a battery connected to AC power.

What is the current charge capacity of the battery?  At a command prompt with administrator privilege, type powercfg /batteryreport  and post the current and design capacity figures for the battery.

Th real problem is this :

"

My dell xps 9570 is not starting. The problem started when I upraded to windows 11. Then the problem started to happen like restarting and Blue death screen. Somebody adviced me to do a bios upgrade. I accidentally did a downgrade instead of upgrade.

Now, my laptop does not starts or it looks like It is starting like when I press a power button, the keyboard lights up and the charging indicator light also blinks and then my both the lights goes away. This happens every time I press power button.

What does it mean? Does this mean my motherboard is gone or the bios chip is corrupted? What should I do?

Also, I downgraded from dell bios 1.2.7 which is the latest verion to the bios version from 2018. That's a huge gap between the two updates.

Any suggestion and help would be appreciated

Thanks."
