How do you diagnose thermal throttling on Dell laptops?
My Dell laptop performs well initially but slows down during longer workloads. Fans get louder, and performance drops. What tools or checks do you recommend to confirm if thermal throttling is the issue?

You don't need tools to confirm symptoms that are the very definition of thermal throttling. That is what you're seeing.
What model XPS do you have?
