HDMI resolution is limited to 1360 x 720 with Dell XPS 14 9440 and Inspiron 2350 as monitor

When I connect Dell XPS 14 9440 laptop to Dell Inspiron 2350's HDMI-in the maximum available resolution is 1360x768. I tried two different type-c HDMI adapters (including one that is coming with XPS laptop and another one Ugreen type-c hub), I tried two different HDMI cables. Also when I use same cables and same type c hubs with older XPS 15 9575 - it outputs 1920x1080 without any problems when connecting to this FHD AIO Inspiron. Also when I connect XPS 14 to Xiaomi Led projector I can set FHD and even 4K using same adapters and cables. I tried both latest Intel video drivers and latest video drivers from Dell. I have Intel Arc integrated graghics adapter on XPS 14. Inspiron 2350 has latest BIOS and works succesfully as FHD monitor with other devices (a little older then XPS 14). Any ideas how to fix it ? Maybe there's some utility to force customizable modes, or to play with hdmi modes.

Answering on my own question. I have found a solution with RCU utility (https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU?page=1) that allows to configure resolutions and timings for HDMI profiles. In my case I have noticed that 1920x1080 is present but has 60Hz. The nearby 1360x768 resolution has 60,016 Hz. I have changed 1920's clock value to  60,016, restarted driver and more resolutions appeared in system for AIO including 1920x1080 that is working now.
