GPU not detected

Just writing to express my frustration regarding an unresolved issue with my recently purchased laptop XPS 15 9530.
Which I received three weeks ago (on December 4, 2024). The problem stems from the graphic card not being detected.

I have been in touch with Dell support, and two times technical visits have been made, yet the issue remains unresolved.

To add to my frustration, I recently received an email notifying me of a delay (Dispatch Number: 456640110) due to back-ordered parts required for troubleshooting.

When I checked the tracking status, there has been no update since December 17, leaving me in limbo with no clarity or resolution in sight.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium expectations associated with the Dell brand.
