Forgotten BIOS password on XPS 13 7390 2- IN -1

I did try the recommendation on how to get an error code which is the requirement to get a release code from dell. I entered, also tried pressing shift + enter, the wrong password several times but the error code didn't appear. What's the next option if that one fails.
