fingerprint reader ids and passwords

i need to see the ids and passwords stored under the fingerprint reader system.  How do i view/edit these?

Where is fingerprint data stored in Windows?
C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinBioDatabase
Each sensor has its own biometric database file where template data is stored (pathC:\WINDOWS\System32\WinBioDatabase). Each database file has a unique, randomly generated key that is encrypted to the system.
