There is no ESC key on the XPS plus 9320 laptop keyboard. I am guessing in is a combination of other keys (Fn + ????) but I cannot find it documented anywhere
If this is a newly received system, return it for a refund or replacement -- if it was purchased from Dell, you have 30 days from the ship date to do so.
If the system was purchased elsewhere, contact your seller.

The model number would be a big help though that key is usually on the upper top left.

It's in the capacitive touch strip right above the keyboard.

My 9320 keyboard seems not to have these keys. They seem to be there but are not highlighted and are unlit and unreadable. Thank you.
