Docking Station D6000 USB slots not working correctly

Dell Latitude 7400 running Ubuntu 24.04 connected to docking station with usb-c connector. Some USB sticks are not recognized when plugged into the dock. They are recognized perfectly, when plugged into the usb drive of the laptop. How do I fix this problem?

Update: LAN connector doesn't work either.

I have a similar issue with the display port. HDMI works fine but not the display ports event though i have installed the Display Links drivers which are supported to be compatible with ubuntu 24.04.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since i want to run multiple monitors and this dock doesnt allow me to do it so.
