Direct Key Creator "A debugger has been found running ..."

I am attempting to create a recovery USB with the Direct Key Creator v1.6.3 I just downloaded.  My laptop is the XPS 15 7590, running Windows 11.  I'm getting an error message when the utility is launched stating "A debugger has been found running in your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program."

I can't find anything that looks like a debugger loaded.  Is there another way to create a recovery USB for my system?  Also, my system was shipped with Windows 10 PRO, but shortly after I was prompted to upgrade to Windows 11, which I did.  Not sure if this will impact creating the recovery USB.
