Diagnostic and driver update for Linux Ubuntu

Since my Laptop Dell XPS 9360 could not be updraged to Windows 11, I therefore decided to install Linux Unbutu.
I found and downloaded command-monitor_10.8.0-91.ubuntu16_amd64.tar.gz. However, the modules in this file are clearly old and my system SSL is version 3 where this module is an ealier verion. I could have down graded my OpenSSL but that is contrary to updating the BIOS and/or drivers. I tried to look for something more up to date but I couldn't find anything. It seems strange that Dell has not bothered to compiling a version of supportAssist for Linux.
I am hoping that I am wrong and somehow I can find a way to update my BIOS and find the necessary drivers or at least get link to what might be compatible.
Attached are everything I could collect about the system.
Bluetooth system has errors and I can't connect to devices over Wi-fi and the snapd module seems corrupterd. It would be nice just to checke filing system

Use Rufus to create a Windows bootable flash drive -- then boot the system from that (F12 at powerup) to flash the firmware.

@babakpersia Those 2x weblinks from your Microsoft OneDrive is the same system information file. Anyhow, your somewhat of a legacy Dell XPS 13 9360 has Ubuntu 24.04.1 operating and I highly doubt any new BIOS firmware has been released for such an old laptop system. I am quite sure Canonical has updated their video drivers for all Intel based integrated graphics cards as Dell is a branded system that is supported by Ubuntu. I don't see how your Dell XPS 13 9360 system should be experiencing problems. Perhaps go to the Ubuntu Forums, Ubuntu Launch Pad or Ask Ubuntu to resolve your issue?
