Dell XPS13 & S2722QC, Dual Monitor, Resolution Issue

Dell XPS 13 with USB-C dock connected to KVM switch connected to one ASUS ProArt PA278QV and one Dell S2722QC.  ASUS is mirroring laptop and resolution shows 3200x1800. Dell monitor only shows 1920x1080 in display settings on PC. Firmware is up to date and monitors work perfectly on other side of KVM switch so I know it's something to do with the laptop. Can anyone help please?

Hello, you can select the Dell S2722QC monitor , then list all modes in "Display Settings", "Advanced Display Settings", "Adaptive Properties for Display 2", and select 3840*2160 60Hz there.
If there is no such option in the list, you need to consider upgrading the graphics driver and processor driver.
You need to contact your docking station buyer to inquire whether the hub can provide dual 4K options for your two monitors.
Because this may be related to limitations in computer C-port parameters and hub chip design.
Because I have previously purchased a MOKiN hub, but my computer's C port is DP1.2, so I am unable to connect two monitors to achieve dual 4K through the hub.
I hope this can help you.
