Dell XPS13 9370 Won't Start, Keyboard Flashes Even After Many Hard Restarts - Random Start and run for 60 Seconds

New battery for CMOS and main battery.

Latest version Windows 11.

Laptop will not start but keyboard flashing when power button held down and this only happens after "hard restart" of disconnect power, disconnect battery, press on button for 60 seconds plus.

Randomly laptop starts and starts loading Windows but crashes in around 60 seconds.

Couple of times actually fully loaded Windows and worked fine but same issue after restart.

Cannot access UEFI.

Will not reconginse USB Flash Drive with Windows Installation Media.

No flashing orange or blue LED's. There are two led's at front of unit and they just flash like the keyboard flashes as long as power button is held down,

This is likely a faulty motherboard or power circuit; replace the power delivery board or send it for motherboard repair.

could be the issue but it does start from time to time.

for example today it started by pressing F2 and power buttons after i removed the NVMe SSD but still would not go into full BIOS....just said SSD memory missing....and could not get into BIOS to do further checks.

Reinstalled NVMe and now back to flashing keyboard.

if motherboard needs repair then not worth it.

Will not start from USB with Windows installation.

Should i put Windows 11 on USB and see if it starts???

Sometimes keyboard will not flash when USB is plugged in.

Any other suggestions??? Greatly Appreciated!!!!
