Dell XPS13 9310 Touchscreen Stopped Working

I have tried the solution described in a previous post (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000134936/how-to-run-the-lcd-built-in-self-test-on-a-dell-laptop) and it hasn't helped. I opened the bios and it states that the touchscreen will work there regardless and it does not. Drivers and bios are updated and it is still running windows 10.

Any other ideas ?
