DELL XPS 9730 - Missing Keystrokes
Greetings,
It seems that I am suffering from the same problem many other users have been complaining about.
My XPS 9730 is missing or skipping keystrokes. Has anyone found a solution for this?
Thanks!

Hi.
Currently is no solution. I sent my XPS9730 to the service again. What graphics card do you have? RTX4080?
Dell should interested this issue as soon as possible.

Does not happen to my XPS 17 9730 but I did clean Windows 11 install on a cleaned SSD without any Dell software. But I do have other problems.

I have this same issue, i have a new XPS17 with RTX4080 - it misses keys. I also have one 12 months older with the previous release graphics card and it DOES NOT have this issue. Have had the keyboard and mainboard replaced. Not solved. Must be a dell bios issue. The problem exists when typing in the bios screeen as well so not windows related.

I have the same issue. 3 brand-new XPS 9730 and the 3 of them have this issue.

@Dell - Nat M I recently upgraded to BIOS 1.27.0, and found the keystroke problem actually got worse. Has the fix for thi problem in 1.9.0 regressed out of the most recent BIOS updates?
