DELL XPS 9530 RTX 4070 TOO SLOW

Hii, so I've bought the PC a year ago. It worked perfectly fine for my work and sometimes I just played some games with my friends (I know it is not a gaming laptop but it works well). But, since a month ago, the gpu began to slow down during my game session. Even in DaVinci Resolve, sometimes the gpu doesn't follow the workload. I tried many things, all the drivers are updated but no changes at all. Now, I can't even play any games (before I could get hundreds of fps in different games but now, I cannot even go beyond 32 fps). It is a nightmare.
