DELL XPS 9380 does not detect the disk from time to time
XPS 13 9380
Good morning, I have a Dell XPS 9380. From time to time during booting it shows the information SSD not installed. After turning off the power and turning it on, it works fine. Most often, this happens the next day when the computer has not been used for a few hours, but not always. I replaced the factory disk with a Lexar nm620 and no changes. symptoms are the same. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and how to solve it?

Probably time to replace the SSD as this machine is not the latest model

@HedgeFundManager I have just replaced SK Hynix 601 original 256 GB SSD to LEXAR nm620 512 GB SSD. nothing changed. I have done reset factory settings in bios, nothing changed. I have today install BIOS one again, even it showed my BIOS is up to date. I dont have idea what is wrong. I have bought this computer as used with SSD not recognizing issue. i have been using it with no problems for couple of months, then i first time face this problem which seem's that BIOS won't recognize SSD from time to time, but only when windows is booting. computer never show blue screen while using windows
