Dell xps 9315 detachable keyboard not working
I recently had an issue where the detachable keyboard does not read any of my inputs. Whenever I attach it the keyboard backlight just flickers and doesn’t read any inputs. I tried a new known working keyboard which resulted in the exact same problem. It seems to be an issue with the computer itself and I was wondering if anyone had any issues like this before?

No the system goes into laptop mode when the keyboard is attached. I could attach a video if that would be helpful.
